I've used most of these, some I haven't but going off their ability (not taking into account of the cooldown of said item) I put them where they are. I wanna see others opinions through discussion or maybe even their own tier lists too!

I've had Sacrificial Altar 3 times from Mega Plum on my first runs.

i think that sacrificial altar should be on situational because sometimes you mistakenly put something somwhere you didnt want to put and sacrificial altar just gives back what you lost

I get that but when other actives can instantly kill hordes or otherwise can gain back control of the board (moving box, snow globe, glowing hour glass, breathe of life, etc.) I just feel it pales in comparison. Many of the A or S tier actives can be used to make a poor-decent run winnable

In my opinion I think that red candle can be better on stages with stoners because if they pull all the enemies on the other lanes for example gapers, plums, and hardheads, then you would use red candle to kill everything on that lane, also hitting a columm can be helpful but is more situation in my opinion so I would put red candle in s with blue candle.
