Hi, i'm sorry to bring this up here but I have contacted supporst more than once and I still haven't had an answer over a week later.
I put up the first paid release of my game, Falling Stars, over a week ago. I know that the first paid release needs to be manually reviewed but it didn't get listed at all in a week. I put up a release announcement but that was taken down almost immediately and I have no idea why. I contacted support but got no reply.
Yesterday, I put up the free release. Again, it hasn't been listed but I understand that this may be down to it being the weekend. I put up a release announcement yesterday as well but this is now on the fourth page of announcements with stuff from 3 days ago. I don't understand what I'm doing wrong or why my release announcements are seemingly getting buried.
