!URGENT! Is the use of RPG maker for visual novels permissible?

I use RPG Maker MV as my main engine. I have created an interactive visual novel in it before, but... I just don't know where the line between a visual novel and a game actually meets.

What MIGHT be in my visual novel:
Battle system
Inventory

What WILL be in my visual novel:
4-directional movement
Dialogue (Of course)
Puzzles
Your interest
Pixel art

CAVEAT: If you want to have a more crystal clear grasp of what the heck I'm going on about, check my previous game. I do not
want to self-promote myself, but I am only stating this, so the reader may comprehend my vision for this jam. Thank you!

RPG Maker can be used to make visual novels. I'd suggest looking up both the tags for RPG Maker and visual novel here on itch.io (it will let you do this) and judge for yourself whether your idea is similar to any of what you see.

RPG Maker is definitely allowed for this! Definitions of a visual novel are, as always, very subjective, but for a rough rule of thumb, 70% or more of gameplay should be dialogue or text-based narration with the traditional VN format of text box + full screen sprites.
