Is it normal that some characters i meet on the journey does not appear in the CG room like lucilia, Raziel, fuka, mio, and emilia? I already finish the game till the last chance quest.
Yes. A lot of characters only appear in the CG room after you've unlocked a CG scene with them. While some characters are unlocked when you talk with them for the first time, and see their full body CG, that's not always the case. Raziel, Fuka, Mio, and Emilia have no CG scene yet.
