What specifically are you trying to install? It depends from mod to mod.For my expansion, you have to install it manually instead of in the launcher. Open the zip, drag the clients and map folders into your Novetus install, and that's it.
That's essentially dependant on what it's suppposed to do. It could be as easy as putting it in a folder, to replacing a lot of client folders.
