Generally speaking, yes. The newest full version has all of the previous content, unless I removed or changed something on purpose.

If you have the previous windows version and an update comes out, you can use the "update files only".zip to download only the files that have been changed since the last update. This saves some time, since you don't have to download the entire game every few weeks. But please be careful not to skip an update, or you'll get errors or bugs due to missing files.
