I remember seeing the artwork for this advertised over a lot of places I frequented, and well with a demo, and I had some spare money... I decided to give it a try. Mind I've only just got past the Bee Queen at the moment.
Thus far really, my biggest gripe is the combat. It feels somewhat Paradox Quest inspired, but seems to be really unusually difficult to start with early on, you don't deal a lot of damage and everything has HP pools about equal to your own anyway. It seems running is guaranteed at least, so that was a positive. Getting your first party member wasn't too bad, although she doesn't extend your longevity as much as thought, since you still tend to get grinded down in any fight regardless.
Speaking of grinding, I kind of wish there was more in the way of 'Pleasure' attack ideas. From my limited playing thus far, it seems to just be limited to a Temptation attack, which just makes you instantly lose, so not much of an attack. I admit it may not fit the setting, but from the dialogue, it also seems pretty in-character they'd just try to make the Protagonist cum to defeat him or something. But they seem more content to beat him into a pulp.
Actually, speaking of Temptation, I'm a bit unsure why it leads to an auto defeat. As it stands, its just a mechanic to make you lose a fight, but it requires you to have spent time fighting - and maybe almost winning. You don't even get a different scene! It seems unusual that Temptation is an auto defeat for the entire party, unless everyone is somehow spiritually linked to the Protagonist, and his defeat makes them lose. Which isn't true otherwise.
Still, story wise I'm interested and the artwork is pretty nice. The in-battle dialogue is fun to read as well, and I think again would lean more interest to more Pleasure-style attacks, especially with potential party member reactions or monster girl reactions. I'll keep goin' on and see if some of these initial thoughts change though.
