I think some of this are already implemented, atleast partially:

Bimbofication sort of happens in some encounters (Warlock for example) and i know he does something to the penis, but i dont know if anything does similar things to bust size.

Pseudo pregancy = egg laying, basically.

You mention a couple points that could be down to adding a few races. Maybe adding some that have special perks, lust or starting items (since most already cover things like stats and progression), maybe special gameplay (example: not having sex making them stronger but more slutty to the point of note being able to be aggressive)...

Things like going into heat, vore or lactation sound more encounter than perk related, and having more encounters is always better (they are all really good).

Some of the points are basically asking to make the male hero into a woman, which i think are probably out of the scope of the game. There's encounters to emulate things like pregancy, the amount of sadic/dominant characters, the willingness of the hero (and your own) of getting the D... There's no need for being female when you can blame "magic" for any weird thing you may think of.
