It's a small thing but if you do the proposal with Mira but don't go through with the wedding immediately the room in the shrine's basement isn't renovated until you do the actual wedding even though it being renovated is part of the proposal.

Also her full body wedding cg isn't in the cg menu (And neither is Vampire's)

I fixed the wrong teleport, which brought you to the old basement without the repairs. Thanks for pointing that out.

Vampire's new full body CGs can be seen in the CG room in the section "Full body CG" -> "New full body". But you're correct that I forgot to add both the new full body CGs and the sex scene CGs for Mira to the CG room. I'll fix that!
