how to remove made with tags in your game

itch automatically adds pixiJS on the made with tag on my game, how does itch knows which engine i use and how do i remove them?

I don't think Itch.io automatically know show you made it - but it can be triggered by a keyword that you selected.

Go to your game - At the top there are tabs - Edit - DevLog  - Metadata.

Select Metadata - on the side select: Engines and Tools.  Change or delete it there.

i checked it already, the game engine is  generated automatically even when i left it blank.

So... which game is this? You have half a dozen.

all of them? i am referring to this part here

I also had this, it's because when you leave it blank it automatically set "PixiJS". If you want to change it go to metadata.

I'm not aware of any automatic detection. You might want to contact support and ask.

ok then, i'll try contacting support

Wait, I remembered something. Did you set the PixiJS tag on your games? Entries in the "made with" field are ordinary tags, they're just marked as tools/engines so they can be listed separately.

i don't , i left the tags blank on the Metadata > Engines & tools page. I didn't even put "PixiJS" on all the settings on my game. it was generated automatically as i released the game. maybe it read the contents of my game and used several signals to check which engine i was using to automatically add PixiJS.
