Hello, ive just recently got into game dev to learn computer science and would like to work on a small piece of a bigger idea ill carry on later. If anyone else is willing to join me. I have an idea for an RPG about a person who was born in servitude, was just given his freedom as a result of a war causing every able bodied person to join the war effort. After witnessing the death of a man(his father figure, but he was just an older servant that took pity on the nameless boy) who took care of him since his birth, is inspired by him to seek the old man's home land. Im thinking of making it an almost JRPG style to simplify the programming and design process so if I do have people with similar skillset that is interested in collabing with me, we can work on something that isn't too extremely complex. Im also writing the story to be short and sweet so that we would havent spend years working on it, and instead it is project for our portfolios to leverage for professional employment.
