I've come to a point in the game where it seems next to impossible to progress, if you have slept with the dark knight and run out of willpower before taking a carriage to the outpost (which I did trying to avoid the Dark Knight) you're forever stuck on the single tile at the entrance. If you camp it doesn't take you into the outpost like every other town I've been too and you can't go back without a town scroll. 

Please update it so that traveling to the outpost will bring you directly inside and then you can make a choice from inside to either go back to ironic or continue on, allowing you to bypass the night after passing them once. 

Word to the wise, always carry a townscroll. I just lost my lvl 20 ironman.

Yep, same here. 

Yeah, that's not normal that all the versions after the Outpost was added later you still can't just get inside of Outpost when standing on the tile, like you do with town tiles.
