sometimes randomly with webgl, its crashes and if I reload it it says my browser doesn't support WebGL can u fix it?

If it doesn't, I'm not sure if there's much I can do for you other than trying to play the web version from other sites that host it and see if those ones work or not. And you could always just download either the pc or android version and play that instead.
