I went to dungeon inside city (because priest requires dungeon in my mission) but I cannot find skeletons/evil spirits. Close to morgan house basement I can hear some spooky sounds that's it. Please help

If you have entered the correct cave, your logbook should update when you spawn the skeletons by running into the glowing white light...
