I got banned from the Novetus Discord right after joining without explanation

I followed the instructions for verifying my age (I am 17) by posting my main Roblox account's profile link and didn't see anything happen until the next day, in which I was banned.

I don't know how your verification works exactly, but the account itself identifies as "13+" on the website when I am logged into it, so what the hell?

did your link start with web.roblox instead of www.roblox? if so then that's probably why you got inexplicably banned, web.roblox is for users who are under 13.

if it didn't start with web.roblox then i dunno why you got banned either.

i think it's that if your birthday is set to 2010 or 2016. roblox will make you under 13. but if you set it to 2006 and anything under than above roblox will make you over 13.

oh my god it did, i was signed in to an alt account att which had an unset birthday on it, and sent the link to my main. why the hell wouldn't they make it clearer
