So i downloaded the normal windows version because my PC is pretty crap and i figured it would be easier for it to run, but whenever i load the game it does weird flashing, like little diagonal triangles floating across the screen really fast, and when i open the menu it does the horizontal lines going down thing (i dont know if anyone knows what im talking about). I know practically nothing about computers so i dont know what i would do to fix that. 

Ouch, sorry to hear about your trouble! I have not had any reports about this error before. It sounds like your computer is not able to play the game properly for some reason, and other than trying to restart it to see if it makes any difference i don't have many ideas.

There are two windows versions of the game available for download, maybe try the other one?

 If it's still not working you should try it on another PC to see if it works there. Best of luck!
