Building educational maths games, need feedback

Hello itch community.

My first foray into posting here. I'm a new indie developer building educational games focused on mathematics. I know educational games traditionally have a bad reputation (hello, Math Blaster!). I'm trying my best to build fun, short games that are not chocolate wrapped broccoli but at the same time help you to understand mathematics better.

If this sounds interesting, it would be great if I can get some feedback on game to learn Trigonometry. Specifically on the mechanics, level design, is the dialogue based system too wordy, length of the overall session. Or any other feedback on the whole idea of learning with games.

There are more educational games, I'll post about them soon.

Also, if any budding game developer is feeling stuck due to lack of mathematics knowledge, please get in touch. I'll be happy to share more resources and get you over maths phobia.

On the third level the arrow keys were swapped - I had to press the down key to move up and the up key to move down - when moving vertically. They worked as I expected when moving horizontally. You need a skip tutorial button - people who regularly play games, do not like hand-holding tutorials.

(I don't play violent games, so I liked your concept (teaching maths), but shooting at a tank and being shot at - put me off before I could properly evaluate the game.)

Thanks for your feedback. I'll check out what's happening in the keys.

I was also in two minds about violence/gun themes. For my other educational games I managed to avoid it. But for this topic (Trigonometry, angles) it just felt natural. Never mind, thanks for your time.

I got stuck on here , I think lvl 10. I could rotate but not move forward or back. Can I post this on my instagram?

Absolutely you can post it on Instagram. Thanks a lot!

That piece of furniture is badly placed and causing the player to get stuck. Very sorry for that experience, I'll rectify it quickly.

Thank you so much!

I'm trying some of your other games. You really like trignometry! For Trigoforest, if you jump and then land at the bottom of the ladder and then immediately press up, it may glitch.

Thank you so much for spotting these glitches and providing feedback. You are  a kind person!

Yes, that platformer game was developed earlier for Trigonometry but I was not happy with the learning outcomes and decided to build one more :-)

In Descartes' Dungeon, The book says the origin is golden but I do not see the origin here.

Oops, I meant red. I'll fix it.
