It's the library on the right side of the town where the attendent up till now just asks you if you wish to study something ( or words to that effect ).
No worries, I had to bypass the first puzzle in the Brexeet Isles just don't have enough time before the crysals come back up. Tries the switch behind the tree in the maze, but although it clicks I don't see any difference, Did you get past it?
