How to get a handle on Rebecca

She is the cheapest slave and Kymanto Hall, yet her willpower is starting at 80 and defiance that goes straight to 7 and builds. Not to mention her traits buff her willpower and make it hard to raise affection period. She also boosts other slaves willpower as well.

I haven't played in a while but she feels like a crazy challenge. By the way amazing job so far grimdark you have outdone yourself! Help please? Or tips???

Thank you!

Tips? Don't buy Rebecca at the start unless you want a combat buddy! Train your slave handling skills first - start with a docile slave like Amelia or Lovisa. Or even pick up Juno.

Rebecca is a captured raider - a tough (almost impossible) case.

However, Corrputed or Broken, she'll become a powerful tool, both combat and business wise.

Hmm maybe I'll just not get her then.

Nah, she's fine, just takes some save scumming to get her affection&corruption going. Healing her at the end of the day might also help. I got her first to beat the Kimantu quest.

Rebecca worked out for me as her corruption built up. I thought it would be nice if we had a combater like her earlier in the game instead of training her. She is also a great one to put in the arena after we have crystal hill open

Honestly, I've had Rebecca for a long time and I still don't know how to handle her. I've taken her to the torture room in hopes of lowering her Defiance and Willpower, which... kind of worked eventually, but I inadvertently ended up turning her in to an obedient sex slave. And yet she's still frequently lazy with her chores, breaks things, gets defiant easily. But it's worse now because threats don't work, they just turn her on hahaha! She's an interesting one, that's for sure.

Hmm, had this problem with slaves only at the start. Then I obtained Caithlin who has a pure trait and, by degree, reduced Rebecca's malevolent trait (did the same with Sofia later). Without the malevolent trait she became persuasive like any of my girls. I really like Rebecca, she's one of my favourites.

Rebecca likes it when you take her with your party into fights her respect for you grows.. and if you take her to the dockgrave and carouse she gains +1 happiness with all the male members of your party.. she's the only woman in the game so far that I've found who actually gains a happiness bonus from the dockgrave (there may be others but she's only one I've noticed it works on)
