Small patch fixing some minor issues and redoing parts of the tutorial / equip window

• Fixed obscure crash that sometimes happened right at the start of the game or after tutorial. Downside is that Mr. Whites shop inventory will now reset only for new characters and NG+. Will be fixed properly soon
• Tutorial now gives you a club and simple bow so new players can try both ranged and melee weapons.
• Changed main weapon cursor in the equip menu. Not 100% satisfied with it just yet, but it is better than the green rectangle that didn't say anything to new players.
