This patch adds shields and fixes some smaller issues

• Added three basic shields. One can be crafted, the rest has to be bought. They ocupy large weapon slot and increase your physical defense like armor. Bear in mind that resistance caps at 95, giving your 95% damage reduction.
• Removed non-letter symbols from the naming window.
• Changed main weapon icon a little
• Mr.White now resets his inventory every time you talk to him. This means that he has pretty much infinite items, but items sold to him will also dissappear when you sell them to him and can't be bought back if you close the trade window. Again, this is a temporary fix.
