Bought the game Custom Home Mapper, I go to 'Downloads' on my phone and when I try to download all I see is 'chm_v4dot8.bin Not Connected"

Not connected to what? my wi fi? no that's working fine. 

Can somebody please help with this, as so far after emailing the 'contacts' on this site I have had no reply in over a week.

Really feel like this was a scam and I certainly won't be buying anything more from itch.io untill this app works.
