I'm in the dungeon, one of the protagonist's friends has been kidnapped and I have to look for him... but I couldn't do it, I've tried several times and I can't find the exit...

To all this could you give me some instruction or something to be able to find the way

I'm so stuck and I don't know what to do...

Yeah that first dungeon has been the bane of many sinners.  Fortunately, we do have help.
Starting at the point where our friend has been kidnapped:
1.  Go Forward
2. Go Right  (you should see the flower hallway)
3. Go Forward (this will lead to a three way hall)
4. Go Forward (this will lead you to the spider fight)
5. Go Left  (you should see a glowing bull head symbol on the wall)
Answer:  take me to paradise
