my main issue is that when I try to use the programs it says the jav it exe is not recognized as a an internal or external command what do i do? 

I'm guessing you are using the Patreon version.. Have you tried just running it in command prompt as a command? Only asking because it looks like you just double clicked it open

Command:
jav-it download /c <cookies.txt> /i <ID> /o <output folder>

Is the jav-it.exe in the same folder as the batch file you try to launch?

If it is, right-click > Properties on jav-it.exe. Under Attributes, make sure it does not display a message that the file is coming from a different computer. There should be a button to allow it.
