AVAST says that Geometry.dll is infected with:
-Win32:Evo:gen[Trj]

I don't know what to tell you. I have no control what Avast says. I also tested at www.virustotal.com and none of them indicate, including Avast:
Looks like a false alarm then. Not unknown.
