Is there an online source repository for this project?

So far no. If one was looking for something like Github, a FOSS would be ideal for it. I would not recommend Github since Microsoft took over it and started doing some controversial things to it.
The source code is freely accessed through the game's folders. You should be able to view and edit any Ren'py script in the game.
Just to clarify, people are free to modify the game and use it's assets.

A quick search on It's FOSS came out with some alternatives to Github.

If someone wants to create a page for my games and their scripts they can do so. I am quite busy with trying to finish what I started with this one. I wanted to create a new game for October, perhaps it's best to focus on what I have right now and finish it.

If you are still searching for a non profit github alternative I would suggest evaluating codeberg. The whole software stack they use is open source and it is only hosting open source projects. It also supports LFS that is relevant for assets etc.
