As of latest update one of two officers present does not participate in a fight. I checked several fights by reloading and he only stands there making menacing gestures. It's always the same officer. Admiral difficulty.

It may be a problem with the animations for a specific model. Send me a save and I will investigate.

I did some testing with the shirker only, he refused to fight. But suddenly he started fighting both when alone and when in a larger team.
As I always have several campaigns going on I will send you a save if\when this issue surfaces again.
