Mashing the enter key like a woodpecker is still pretty slow and kind of annoying when I already know whats going to happen and just want to skip. 

press the sneak button + hold look and sprint button to fast forward

sneak rapid fires the text when held and when you hold look and sprint at same time as doing that you run the game at 2x speed
