Problems with steam version of project nexus Halloween update

I play MPN off of steam, however, when I boot up the game with not enough madness, it cannot start and instantly fails, this is not to do with my PC nor anything else as I have been able to load games that require much more resources than MPN, also it works without Not enough madness so it has to be the mod, I do not blame the developers at all it is just a bug that I really want to fix-sincerely a not enough madness enjoyer.

Well I'm not an expert on this topic, but I think I know why this is happening. Well, there was a recent update for MPN on November 1st, due to this update, NEM is technically outdated, meaning that the game will not launch. I think it's best for you to just verify your game files and play vanilla MPN while waiting for v50 (I think?) to be released.
