Frustrated with the lack of an LFG community

Tabletop game are typically a collaborative activity, so it's important to be able to find people to play with. Obviously other Looking for Game websites exist, but due to the nature of the hobby, are inundated with games like D&D and Pathfinder. I was hoping that there would be some place where you can try games that are not popular (Yes I tried gauntlet, but I never got to play).

I'm already on that discord, but it doesn't seem to be very active in the LFG department. Still, thanks for the suggestion.

I've always found the best option is just to put a post out with some details. It doesn't often work, but you get decent traffic.

Other alternative, take current friends and get them hooked on RPGs

Either indie or tabletop, rpg, etc. maybe it's about if progressing or being stuck too quick in how to unlock something or preferring it to be for multiplayers than solo-game?

You may find some luck in discord servers dedicated to various systems, many larger indie systems have one
