why not? im not sure how hard it is to compile for android on windows
As someone who helps a mobile app developer... It's a nightmare sometimes, especially if the game wasn't initally built for something like this.
but its godot engine, which has an android export preset. if the dev ever releases the source, im sure someone will attempt to port it
