How do i check a ghost's horniness?

You stand infront of a mirror like the one in the bathroom and use your interact key (default is F) with it.
It's going to be changed in next update. Like dagger or water you will have to time it correctly to knock down a ghost. A ray will last around 1 sec with 1 sec delay in between.
