Small patch:

• Added unlock conditions to the unlock menu that shows up after you finish the game atleast once
• Added explosion animation to the dynamite if used in combat
• Fixed the game crashing if you trade with Mr. White without trading with someone else first
• Fixed John not going away once you finish all of his tutorial tasks
