Merry Xmas everyone. I've been sitting on these photos for a little while but just wanted to share a few pictures of a custom Heroes of Adventure box set I made for my play-testers. Having published version 1 of the rules a couple of months ago I had planned to print some rulebooks as a thank you to my players but decided to take it a step further with a custom game box, character sheets, set of dice, a dice tray and the obligatory pencil.

These aren't really cost effective to print in small quantities but they were planned as a Xmas gift and I'm pleased to say these went down very well with my players and a nice collectors item for them as these are limited to the few I had printed out.

Very cool!

If you were to put this on the market, I’d buy one for sure. Looks amazing! Kickstarter time? Hehe.

I want them.

And considering the state of the TTRPG world right now, there’s no better time.

I can’t wait for another year from now when this is booming and I can call everyone a bunch of filthy casuals…..

Wow! These look fantastic!

Any chance of obtaining the image files and explanation of how you put this together?  I'd love to try and make my own.  :)

Hey Zsolan, I have loaded the image files I have created as download links to the following page. https://nameless-designer.itch.io/heroes-of-adventure

I used The Game Crafter to print the boxes using one of the standard box sizes (9.5" x 11.5-12") from memory. It was simply a case of selecting the box and uploading the template. However, I did run into a snag that I had to prove ownership of the  game before they would print my order (in case they thought I was trying to rip off someone else's IP) so I'm not sure whether they will allow you to print one for yourself. I'm loathe to setup a page to allow people to 'buy these' (even if is at cost) as that creates the impression that I am selling something and I'm not. In addition, for low volume printing they are fairly expensive as a warning.

Hope that helps.
