Payout says "paid" but didn't get my money

Please help me!

My 135$ payout says it was paid to my PayPal

But I didn't get any money on my PayPal

I used to use another email for my Paypal that I don't have access to, so I just updated my primary email and confirmed it (easiercmd@gmail.com)

Still, I haven't received any money.

I don't know. You might have to contact PayPal too. Please wait for support. Asking here on the forum doesn't help.

I contacted paypal, and they told me to contact the sender (itch.io)
