it won't let me install, I have the same issue with other games occasionally, it let's me download it but when I click install it'll get mostly done before displaying the message "app not installed" and that's it 

That may be due to your phone doesnt allow install from unknown source (outside playstore).

To allow it,

• First, go to Settings > Security > Unknown sources
• Now here click on enable option so that the user can install apps from unknown sources.

Make sure to revert back after installing this game.

it won't let me access security because I need a specific Samsung account for some reason. Iv already downloaded a number of games from here without the issue and if the phone doesn't let me download from an unknown source it let's me change it right then and there, I just don't know what's going on

Maybe lack of free storage size? Or incomplete download? Both issue can happen because the size of the .apk is relatively big (322mb)

how could I fix an incomplete download, because the bar gets mostly full and the cancel button Grey's out, after a second it then tells me. App not installed

If you havent change the download settings, the apk file should be located in : Internal Storage/Download. Or something similar. Use your default file manager to check it. The file size for your downloaded files should be visible.
