I am perplexed how bad the search function is working on itchio. Many times, I have been more succesful to find a game using google search inputing "itchio" and the name of the game, but not on itchio. This is rather frustrating if you are looking for something new and you therefore can't use google... My last experience was with the game Rebellion. On itchio I haven't been able to find it nor asking the name of the dev, nor the name of the game, nor using the tags. I have been using both the search space on the top of the page as well as the tag option below... Here is the link to the game, perhaps it has something to do how dev manages the presence of the game itself??? But the tags are there... (I have used "lesbian" and "gay") Thank you for your help :)

I entered "Rebellion: The Beginning" in the search box and that game was the first result. Maybe you tried just "rebellion", which is a problem for two reasons:

  1. The search box is optimized for full-title searches
  2. "Rebellion" by itself is a very common word likely appearing in lots of game titles.

Hope this helps.

It is much more simple (stupid) :-) Only after your post I have realised I have to customize my profil to allow me to show adult content in the brows/search window... Incredible :-) Thanks a lot!
