I'm in Windows 10 and when I'm adjusting values on the items, the mouse suddenly (and frequently) goes to the corner or border of my screen. This happens with both mouse and trackpad and doesn't happen when interacting with other items on the screen. Tilemancer seems like a fantastic tool, but unfortunately I can't use it like this. Anyone with the same problem or similar?

Hello! Thanks for letting me know about this. I'll look into the issue. Meanwhile, try setting values by typing: Hold the left mouse button on a parameter and it'll let you type a value.
