I mean you already have the 32 bit version but I meant the 16/32 Hybrid Bit versions. I could make them if you don't mind. Entirely possible with my expertise of Windows 3.0 and 98.

Yes, I know, it's a very stupid suggestion in general, but I wanted to be of some help and ironically, this was the best way I could find a way to help.

Hey, the game is made in Construct 2 and it uses nw.js to run on desktop. I doubt that it's possible to make nw.js work on Windows 3.x

Anyway, I don't think that anyone using 16bit systems would want to play Hardware Tycoon so I don't really see the point in a 16/32 bit version.

I know the game is made in Construct 2, the 16/32 bit versions for Pre-XP computers would be programmed by hand in a completely different manner, even receiving a DOS version if I did it. As for no reason for it existing, you have me there. The best I could describe such an undertaking is an unneeded garish to an already nearly perfect(as perfect as it'll be in this state) game.

Ehh, I don't want you to waste your time with this. Besides I'm not keen on other people rewriting my game as I've always said I'd like this project to stay as personal as possible.
