Hi, the deadline for our Game Jam has passed, but we haven't been able to see the results. It has been 4 days and the message "The results are not available yet, come back later" is still displayed.

I even sent an email to the support team, but nothing has changed. My request number is 145887.

We can see the results, but there is another problem. We cannot see the Overall Results, only the categories we have created.
What could be happening?
