The web version right? No idea what causes that, but it seems to be specific to that GPU, I've heard someone else mention that as well.

Strange. I can only get it to about 10% usage on my RTX 3070, and 50% on my laptop.
So, I'm sorry, I can't help you. I'm not finding anything that might cause it online, so without being able to replicate it myself I can't really do anything.
Guess that GPU type is just cursed then :(
Figured out the issue, your game doesn't have an fps cap, setting one fixed the usage
