I just downloaded and have tried to start a new game but i load in and i cant see anything because my screen is blue i can still interact with things
That's weird, could you take a screenshot? It might be the FOV set to 0, could you try changing the FOV in the Settings menu?
Fixed it my fov was set to 110 but was at zero for some reason
