First of all I want to clarify that the account that has been suspended is not mine but belongs to a developer. The problem is not the copyright itself but what is causing this problem because he has released two games. One of them are only things he made (pictures, posts...), the other one is not his creation, but he published it in agreement with the original creator. You could say that this is the problem, but the developer put a description where he explicitly said "Hey, this game isn't mine, I'm only putting it here because my friend asked me to". 

If you could give me a hand it would be great. ^^
