For Ryoko, her ATK value is saved when you first interact with the orb. You need to increase her ATK by 10 in order to destroy it the next time you go to the orb. This can be achieved quickly by changing her equipment.
You have to go to the red hexagon in the top right corner wiht Elly and defeat the burning doom.
