I notice some of the scenes contain things I would imagine have copyright claims. Particularly the cereal boxes (tony the tiger) and book covers (hunger games symbol). Do you think they would be safe to use commercially? I might modify them a bit just to avoid any potential problems

I am not sure. They are all parodies of real brands, but not exact copies. If in doubt, don't use them!
