Can anyone please tell me what is happened so far here?

Due to reasons, I don't have the time or the means to continue playing my progress in the game.

My last stops in the game was making back from the snow village and into the tavern, after that getting that horse for the amnesia horse guy, but said horse is being used for political campaign or something. Getting Bread out of the cave and into the barn. Requested by the three headed cerberus hellhound for coffee beans.

So can anyone tell me anything significant happened after this? Please?
