How can I unlock the good ending of the church, I already unlocked 2 and 4 but I want to unlock the good ending and have what is seen in the spoilers a store in the church, please help

The “good” ending is #2, so you already got it. You’re probably referring to #3 instead:

1. Visit the church.
2. Wait at least 12h, visit it again between 17:00 and 20:59.
3. Visit it again in the following day. Choose to help Shanice with FF.
4. Visit it again in the day after.
5. Tell Shanice to listen to FF.
