the cursor disappears after the game loads and some button assets are cut off, ive tried redownloading the game but it happened again. does anyone have a solution or tell me how to find saves in file exploror so i can try deleting my saves.

You can find your save files in:

users\your username\appdata\roaming\strive\saves

And i would recommend you to download the bugfix:

Put it in the mods folder like this:

users\your username\appadata\roaming\strive\mods\Strive-1.0d-Bugfix-V6b

Start up your game-> Click on mods-> Click on the bugfix.-> Apply-> Exit the game-> and restart your game

If starting a new game fixes the problems, then it's a save problem; otherwise deleting the saves will have no effect. If you suspect a setting(like fullscreen) is causing the problems, then deleting the settings.ini file will reset them. The Bugfix might help, however the fact that some of the image assets are missing or cut off sounds more like a graphics card/driver compatibility problem with Godot.
