Hi there

We've had our game Fhtagn! - Tales of the Creeping Madness on itch for a couple of weeks now and it is still not appearing in the search function. We've sent mails to support and were assured that it should appear, but our subsequent emails regarding the question have not yet been answered. We are quite new to the platform and fully accept that we might have done something wrong on our product page and would appreciate any suggestions anyone might have to fix the problem. 

Just for troubleshooting:

1. The game displays as "Published" on our Dashboard
2. It is marked as Released and visibility is set to Public
3. The game's page can be accessed from our "Developer" page, but in the search engine it does not appear nor does it show that our company has any projects.

You're right. Search results only seem to return the most popular games. I tried "tales" for instance, and my own RPG doesn't show. But then yours should at least be listed under games tagged "cthulhu", of which there are only two pages' worth. And it doesn't. I'll escalate the issue.
