Hello, i'm making a horror game and i wanted to add a crt filter to complete the ambient of the game, but i don't know how to do it, so i wanted to see if you guys could help me                           

You can't. Unless you add your own lighting shader.
You can edit FXAA shader as most people do. Or the bloom shader.
